HOUSING
Our employees' comfort and surroundings are important to us. That's why in 2000 we built a 2-story home exclusively for housing our staff. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens make up the entire space, as well as a yard, porch, and chill neighborhood. Rent is $375 a month and there is a $100 deposit.

ROOMS
Nearly everyone will share a room who lives in the house. Typically we house 2 people per room, sometimes 3 in our larger room. We do our best to pair roommates that we think might get along best based on the info you provide.
Included in your room:
-Twin mattress & frame w/bedding
-Dresser and shared closet
-Bath towels
SHARED SPACE
The house is fully furnished and has 2 living rooms , 2 kitchens, and 3 bathrooms that get shared among everyone. The kitchens are fully stocked with all dishes, appliances, and cooking utensils.
LOCATION
Skagway is small, about 1 mile wide by 2 miles long. So nothing is far by foot. Our housing is centrally located in Skagway. Housing is a 9 minute walk to work with bikes sometimes available. Other important locations within walking distance are the skate park and Recreation Center just across the street, the library about 5 minutes away, and the grocery store about 10 minutes away.
